Sevenza Global Services (SGS) is a Canadian-registered not-for-profit organization headquartered in Calgary, Alberta, with a mission to bridge trade and investment between Canada and Africa — across SADCC and COMESA regions.
SGS operates as a community-driven trade facilitation hub, supporting African exporters to access high-value markets in Canada. We provide professional services in export development, trade compliance, diaspora co-investment, and business matchmaking. Who we serve
Mandate Statement
Sevenza Global Services, is a Canadian not-for-profit entity incorporated in Calgary, Alberta, and is mandated to act as a Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) facilitation hub with a core focus on strengthening Canada–Africa trade and investment linkages.
Operating within the frameworks of the CanExport Community Investments program, SGS mobilizes institutional, diaspora, and private sector capital to unlock mutual investment opportunities between Canada and key regional markets in the Southern African Development Community (SADC) and the Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa (COMESA).
SGS serves as a conduit for strategic investment promotion, enabling Canadian municipalities, SMEs, and investors to access high-potential markets in Southern and Eastern Africa while facilitating inward flows of African FDI into Canadian communities, particularly through diaspora-led ventures and joint projects.
