Sevenza Global Services

Institutional voids are impediments to a thriving market economy and cannot simply be mandated away. It takes a substantial amount of work, expertise, and time for gaps in infrastructure and intermediaries to be recognized and addressed. By research we found that activity in any economy is driven by three primary markets: product, labor, and capital. Institutional voids can be found in any or all of these markets. These voids apply to the Zimbabwean and African Community as whole. Sevenza Global Services is going to be an enabler in spotting these institutional voids and providing crucial jumping off points for assessing business opportunities, market conditions, and risk. Sevenza Global Services will 1) identify which market institutions or structures are missing and which are dysfunctional or inefficient. 2) Identify opportunities for entrepreneurial intervention 3) Identify skills and competency in the communities 4) Create a database that matches voids, skills and expertise.   Once identified, we will work with black communities, donors and Governement to create structures to fill the voids.
